The lobby camera (channel 10) and the City Park Information channel (channel 12) are located on a different input source than the “HDMI 1” input from your HD receiver that provides your Shaw Satellite TV channels. You will have to select the “TV” or “Cable” input source then go to channel 10 for the lobby camera or channel 12 for the Information channel. (HINT: press the “source” button on the remote control provided by Shaw to show you the input source. Using directional arrows on the remote move to input source you want and press the OK button. REMEMBER: you will have to reset your input source to “HDMI 1” to view the Shaw Satellite TV channels.
